I like to keep things as simple and straight forward as possible. I have a flat hourly rate of $40/hour regardless of which package you choose to best fit your business needs. My retainer model allows me to ensure I have dedicated time set aside for your specific needs monthly. In fact, my very first VA client was an NP (nurse practitioner) who's business model was helping other nurses start niche businesses, whether that was brick and mortar or online. I started out as her Instagram Social Media Manager, and before I knew it, I was also her Marketing Manager who was managing a team of 10+ contractors. We'll have a 15 minute phone or video consultation to decide if we're a good fit to work together. We'll talk your goals and vision for the business, discuss your needs, and come up with a game plan together to meet those goals. This is your time to ask questions and for me to let you know if I'm able to assist you, or refer you to someone who can.

After we get the backend business taken care of, now that we're moving forward, we'll schedule another in depth consultation (if needed) and start putting a plan together. I'll also share tools with you such as Google drive folders where you can house your assets, etc. with me and we'll go from there.
